A Friendly, Progressive 60-Minute Session
Our sessions can be adapted depending on the players attending, their experience and their individual goals.
π 1. WELCOME & CHECK-IN
We start by welcoming everyone and finding out how players are doing.
A relaxed start helps everyone settle in.
π₯ 2. WARM-UP
Players get moving through appropriate tennis and movement activities.
This can include:
