🎾 Racquet Skills
Learn how to handle the racquet and make controlled contact with the ball.
🏓 Forehand & Backhand
Develop the basic strokes needed to start rallying with other players.
🎯 Serving & Returning
Learn the fundamentals of starting a point and returning your opponent's serve.
🏃 Movement & Coordination
Develop balance, footwork and movement around the court.
🤝 Rallying With Others
Build confidence hitting the ball back and forth and keeping a rally going.
🏆 Games & Scoring
Understand the basics of tennis scoring and enjoy simple points and games.

Comfortable sports clothing and suitable trainers are ideal. Bring a drink of water and your enthusiasm.
