At Tennis4All, we believe tennis is more than a sport — it’s a tool for mental wellbeing, confidence building, and social connection. Our Wellbeing & Mental Health Tennis sessions are designed to be gentle, judgment-free spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others, at their own pace.

🌿 What is Wellbeing & Mental Health Tennis?

These sessions are calm, inclusive, and focused on feeling better, not performing better. You don’t need to be “good at sport” — just open to movement and connection.

Our sessions support individuals experiencing:

  • 🧠 Anxiety, depression, or stress

  • 💬 Loneliness or isolation

  • 💙 Low confidence or self-esteem

  • 🧍‍♂️ Recovery from burnout or trauma

  • 🧠 Neurodiversity and mental health challenges

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A desire to build social connections through gentle play
