Our Coach Pathway & Mentoring programme is designed to support new, developing, and community-based coaches who want to deliver grassroots tennis with purpose. Whether you're just starting out or ready to lead your own venue, we’re here to help you grow — on court, and beyond.

he Tennis4All Coach Pathway provides a clear, supported route from volunteer to lead coach — rooted in our inclusive, people-first approach.
We support you to:
✅ Learn how to deliver inclusive sessions for all ages and abilities
✅ Build confidence and communication skills
✅ Develop leadership and coaching style
✅ Access mentoring, feedback, and resources
✅ Deliver Tennis4All programmes in real communities

Community Assistant Coach

Tennis4All Session Leader
